ACTION REQUEST
Consider a purchase from Generosity Services Inc (Choice Partners Contract #23/016MR-17) for replacement of the Texas City Police Department's hallway tile and wall covering in the amount of $53,499.60 and the carpet throughout the Police Department in the amount of $108,383.38 to be paid out of Police Department's Land and Building Improvements fund.
BACKGROUND (Brief Summary)
The Texas City Police Department is in need of several renovations to improve the look of the building, especially in high traffic areas. Many items listed for the renovations were part of the original building design that needed to be updated. These renovations will improve the appearance of the structure as a whole.
RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that these items be approved to improve the appearance and the useability of the Texas City Police Department.
