Consider and take action on the proposed fee increases for the Nessler Family Aquatic center for the 2024 season.
BACKGROUND
As our outdoor water park continues to garner attention and praise, it has come to our attention that the affordability of our facilities has attracted a significant influx of non-resident visitors. While we appreciate the positive feedback and increased interest in our amenities, it is imperative to ensure sustainability and equitable access for our residents. Consequently, raising prices at the outdoor water park is a necessary measure to maintain operational standards, manage capacity effectively, and prioritize the needs of our local community. By adjusting pricing structures, we aim to strike a balance between offering a high-quality experience and preserving the accessibility of our facilities for our residents.
