Wilson Survey, Abstract No. 208, in Galveston County, Texas, said tract also being part of the certain 71.660 acre tract conveyed to SSLT, LLC., according to deed recorded under File No. 2019049455, in the Office of the County Clerk of Galveston County, Texas. Located northwest of Marlow Lake Section 5 and west of SH3.

Consider and take action on the Final Plat for The Market at Lago Mar (f/k/a Lago Mar Commercial Replat No. 2). Being 10.15 acres of land being a portion of unrestricted Reserve "B", Block 2 Lago Mar Commercial, Doc No. 2016044734, G.C.M.R. situated in the Alexander Farmer League Survey, Abstract 11, City of Texas City, Galveston County, Texas. Located at the 3200 Block of 1-45 southbound frontage road and north of Seacrest Lane.

Consider and take action on the Request for Extension of Time for the Preliminary Zoning Approval of Hugh Patrick Construction to rezone their property from District "E" (General Business) to District "F" (Light Industrial), as recommended by staff, for 3rd party storage of industrial equipment and 



supplies, and other uses. Previously approved by the Zoning Commission at a Special-Called Meeting on March 25, 2025, and by the City Commission on May 7, 2025. Located at 2628 Texas Avenue, Texas City.
