ACTION REQUEST (Brief Summary)
NOTICE OF THE PRESENCE OF A POSSIBLE QUORUM OF THE CITY OF TEXAS CITY’S CITY COMMISSION This is not a regularly scheduled meeting of the City Commission. This notice is posted in order to meet the requirements of the Open Meetings Act. If the number of City Commission Members present at the event constitutes a quorum, as a governmental body, the City Commission will not deliberate or take any formal action on any items discussed, nor will there be meeting minutes taken for this event.
