Sherman Jones requests to rezone from District "F-1" (Outdoor Industrial) to District "E" (General Business) to open and operate Kingdom Wings, a drive-thru restaurant located at 2828 Texas Avenue, Texas City.

Jimmy Vo requests to rezone from District "A" (Single Family Residential) and District "F" (Light Industrial) to District "D" (Neighborhood Services) to construct On Track 111, LLC - a convenience store and fuel station located at 615 Hwy 3.

PRELIMINARY ZONING APPROVAL

(a)

Consider and take action on Sherman Jones' request to rezone from District "F-1" (Outdoor Industrial) to District "E" (General Business) to open and operate Kingdom Wings, a drive-thru only restaurant located at 2828 Texas Avenue, Texas City.
