Recommendation:
Approve the appointment of Council Member Welty as the City's alternate to the Lake Elsinore San Jacinto Watersheds Authority.
Background/Analysis:
On December 11, 2025, the City Council approved appointments to various regional boards, commissions, and committees for the 2026 calendar year. The proposed action updates the City's appointment to the Lake Elsinore San Jacinto Watersheds Authority (LESJWA) by designating Council Member Welty as the City's Alternate in place of Council Member Castillo.
Upon approval, the City Clerk will notify LESJWA of the revised appointment and update any required records.
