City council authorized the issuance of revenue bonds or notes for energy efficiency improvements on the Rocky Mountain College campus after a public hearing was held on March 28, 2011.

FINANCIAL IMPACT
The note is a special, limited obligation of the City payable solely from the payments to be made by the borrower under the loan agreement.
RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that the City Council approve the attached resolution.
