RECOMMENDATION
Parks will be bringing a Memorandum of Understanding between the Hoodies 4 Heroes organization and the City at the April 8th Council meeting. Hoodies 4 Heroes wanted to present the idea and concept to the City Council before the MOU is presented.
BACKGROUND (Consistency with Adopted Plans and Policies, if applicable)
The Parks Department Staff have been working with Hoodies 4 Heroes for an acceptable location for the memorial and all parties have agreed on the location at Dehler Park. The Parks Board approved recommending to City Council to approve the MOU.
