RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends approval of the MOU between the City and Hoodies 4 Heroes which will allow H4H to install a memorial at Dehler Park.
BACKGROUND (Consistency with Adopted Plans and Policies, if applicable)
The Parks Department has been working with H4H to find an acceptable location for a monument and Dehler Park works best for accessibility and space. The Parks Board has recommended approval of the MOU with Hoodies 4 Heroes.
