RECOMMENDATION
The Council will consider adjusting the city administrator's base salary based on his performance over the past year.
BACKGROUND (Consistency with Adopted Plans and Policies, if applicable)
Annually, the city council evaluates the city administrator's performance consistent with the Employment Agreement. The evaluation will be discussed during a closed executive session prior to the city council meeting. The Council will consider adjusting my compensation based on performance over the past year.

FISCAL EFFECTS
The city administrator's base pay is currently $212,628.
