RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends City Council accept the 2025 proposed budget for Amend Park Development Council.
BACKGROUND (Consistency with Adopted Plans and Policies, if applicable)
Per the signed 2023 agreement with the Amend Park Development Council, they are required to submit a proposed annual budget and fee schedule for City Council review and acceptance. The Park Board reviewed and recommended for Council approval the proposed 2025 budget at the January, 8 2025 meeting.

Amend Park Development Council are the identified stakeholders.
ALTERNATIVES
City Council may:
- Approve; or,
- Not Approve the proposed 2025 budget.
FISCAL EFFECTS
The proposed budget includes reimbursement payments to the Parks Department for field maintenance services provided to the Amend Park Development Council. These services go beyond standard park maintenance and include mowing the turf multiple times per week to maintain a lower height, applying additional fertilizer and weed control, and performing aerification.
SUMMARY
The 2023 agreement between the City and Amend Park Development Council requires them to submit a proposed budget to City Council for approval. Attached are the 2023 agreement and the proposed budget, fee structure and statement of activities.
