RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that City Council accept donations totaling $2,750.
BACKGROUND (Consistency with Adopted Plans and Policies, if applicable)
Council policy requires that any donation greater than $500 must be approved by the City Council. City Council is being asked to accept three donations totaling $2,750. Donations are for sponsorship to Camp Blue. Camp Blue is an opportunity for incoming 7th graders to spend a week with various first responders with the goal of building positive relationships to help mold them into school and community leaders. These funds will go to help cover the cost of transportation, lunches, snacks, t-shirts and other activities throughout the week. The following donations were received:

City Council may:
- Approve the donations to the Billings Police Department in the amount of $2,750 or;
- Disapprove the donations to the Billings Police Department in the amount of $2,750 and provide further direction to staff.
FISCAL EFFECTS
There is no impact on the General Fund since all activities will be supported by donations.
