RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that the City Council conduct a public hearing and approve the resolution setting the assessment for the Business Improvement District 1.
BACKGROUND (Consistency with Adopted Plans and Policies, if applicable)
The following annual assessment resolution has been completed by the Finance Department and the assessments are ready to be placed on the tax files.
Downtown Business Improvement District 1
For FY 2026 the assessments for BID1 total $557,834.18.
