RECOMMENDATION
PRPL is seeking City Council consent to accept the in-kind donation valued at $6,000.00 to install a bicycle pump track at Coulson Park.
BACKGROUND (Consistency with Adopted Plans and Policies, if applicable)
Through a joint effort between BSEDA and Pedal United all funding and labor is donated to cover the material, labor and equipment to install a bicycle pump track in Coulson Park. The track will be just east of the newly constructed shade structure. The pump track aligns with the master plan development of Coulson. Although it is not exactly the same as the master plan, this scaled-down version will allow PRPL to gauge community activation and use of the track to further a future plan for a hard surface track.

FISCAL EFFECTS
The installation of this track will be at no cost to PRPL or the City of Billings. An MOU will be established with Pedal United that will cover future maintenance of the track. PRPL does not expect to hire any FTEs.
