SUMMARY
Billings Trail Net has donated a bicycle repair station valued at $2,500 for installation at Coulson Park, adjacent to the new shade structure. This is the third repair station purchased by Trail Net; the first two have already been successfully installed on the Skyline Trail and at Dover Park.
The donation requires no City funding, and the Parks, Recreation & Public Lands Department does not anticipate any additional maintenance costs associated with this amenity. The project aligns with ongoing efforts to enhance park user experience and support alternative transportation infrastructure.
