PROBLEM/ISSUE STATEMENT
The Animal Control Board reviewed the fees charged for services at the Billings Animal Shelter and recommends various changes. The City Council last approved changes in 2009. The revised fees better reflect the cost of services.

Approve the resolution to adjust fees or;

FINANCIAL IMPACT
The financial impact will be a small revenue increase for Dangerous Dog Registrations.
RECOMMENDATION
The Animal Control Board and staff recommend that the City Council approve this resolution that changes fees charged for Animal Control services.
