RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that City Council accept the donation from Anne and Bill Cole in the amount of $3,800 for the COVID-19 Memorial plaque in the lobby of City Hall.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The COVID-19 Memorial plaque in the lobby of City Hall has been permanently placed and was unveiled to the public on 17 April 2026.
BACKGROUND (Consistency with Adopted Plans and Policies, if applicable)
Council policy requires that any donation greater than $500 must be approved by the City Council. Anne and Bill wish to donate $3,800 for the COVID-19 Memorial plaque in the lobby of City Hall.
FISCAL EFFECTS
There is no impact to the General Fund.
