The City received bids on June 14th for W.O. 10-29 WWTP West Mechanical MCC Replacement and Improvements. The purpose of this project is to replace aging Motor Control Center (MCC) Panels at the Wastewater Treatment Plant in the West Mechanical Building.  The project will include the replacement of the MCC Panels, new wiring to all the associated equipment from the MCC Panel, and replacement of the Waste Activated Sludge Pump Variable Frequency Drives. 

Following the bid opening Staff requested additional time to review the bids.  Staff has reviewed the bids and based on this review, recommends contract approval.

The Council may:
•Award the contract for W.O. 010-29 to Action Electric in the amount of $618,000.00; or
•Reject all bids and do not award the contract for W.O. 10-29

 The City received three bids for this project as follows:
