RECOMMENDATION
Approval of Amendment 5 staff recommends Air Service Consulting Services with Mead & Hunt for FY 2027.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Amendment 5 is the next installment of the five-year agreement for services with Mead & Hunt. Mead & Hunt provides Air Service Consulting services to the Billings Logan International Airport.
BACKGROUND (Consistency with Adopted Plans and Policies, if applicable)
The Billings Logan International Airport has worked with Mead & Hunt since FY23,and has reached the last year of their initial 5-year agreement. BIL would like to continue this partnership with the approval of Amendment 5.
FISCAL EFFECTS
Inclusive of all recommended services, fees are estimated at $105,000. Expenses are estimated to be an additional $7,800, for a contract total of $112,800. If BIL elects to be billed for the tasks on a monthly fee basis, fees will be reduced by approximately 10 percent, at a monthly rate of $7,875 ($94,500 annual) plus estimated expenses of $7,800, for a contract total of $102,300.
