PROBLEM/ISSUE STATEMENT
Bids were received for W.O. 10-31 29th Street West & Central Avenue Traffic Signal on August 9th, 2011. The project includes modifying the existing street lights, traffic signal equipment, ADA ramps, and signing/striping.
ALTERNATIVES ANALYZED
The Council may:
• Award W.O. 10-31 to Ace Electric, Inc. in the amount of $153,796.33
• Do not award of contract for W.O. 10-31 to Ace Electric, Inc.
• Award W.O. 10-31 to Ace Electric, Inc. in the amount of $153,796.33
• Do not award of contract for W.O. 10-31 to Ace Electric, Inc.
FINANCIAL IMPACT
Three bids were received for this project as follows:
The funding for this project is included in the FY 12 budget and is from arterial funds.
