PROBLEM/ISSUE STATEMENT
Claims in the amount of $621,226.02 have been audited and are presented for your approval for payment. A complete listing of the claims dated July 1, 2011 to September 30, 2011 is on file in the Municipal Court. Claims include payments to individual victims and businesses for restitution, disbursement of surcharges and revenues and return of bonds posted to ensure court appearance.

The Council may:
- Approve the payment of claims; or
- Deny payment of claims
