PROBLEM/ISSUE STATEMENT
At the City Council meeting of February 22, 2010 the Council approved the appointment of Curtis Haney to the Exchange City Golf Corporation Board. It was discovered that the approved term ending date of 12/31/11 was for only two (2) years when the term length should actually be three (3) years ending on 12/31/2012.

Council may:
- Confirm the corrected term ending date.
- Not confirm the corrected term ending date.
FINANCIAL IMPACT
The proposed action has no financial impact.
RECOMMENDATION
Mayor Hanel recommends correcting the term expiration date for Curtis Haney from 12/31/11 to 12/31/12.
