The Nine Restroom Facility Improvements project was funded as part of the Park District #1 in June of 2012.  This project is intended to refurbish and/or replace 9 restrooms in various City parks as identified by Council.  Architectural services are needed for the project.  A Request for Proposals was issued September 2012 and 9 firms responded.  In October 2012, a selection committee met to evaluate the submittals and A&E Architects PC of Billings was selected.  A contract for professional services was negotiated with A&E Architects PC for $64,197.50.  The Contract for Services is available in the City Clerk's Office for review.  Upon approval, evaluation and design will commence immediately.  Construction is projected to take place throughout the summer and fall with an anticipated substantial completion date of October 15, 2013.        

The Council may:

1. Approve the contract for Architectural and Engineering Services with A&E Architects PC for $64,197.50, or, 
2. Not approve the contract and provide guidance to staff.
