W.O. 15-06 Poly Drive, 32nd St. W. to 38th St. W., includes street reconstruction, curb/gutter, sidewalk, drive approaches, traffic signal installation, and sewer/storm improvements.  The project was advertised on April 9, 16, and 23rd, 2015, in the Billings Times and on the City's website.  Bids were received on April 28, 2015.  There were two bidders and CMG Construction, Inc. was the apparent low bidder.

The Council may:
• Award the construction contract for W.O. 15-06 Poly Drive, 32nd St. W. to 38th St. W., to CMG in the amount of $3,398,577.00; or
• Reject all bids and do not award a construction contract for W.O. 15-06. If the bids are rejected the work will not be completed.

The City received two (2) bids for this project.  The bids were as follows:

The proposed project will be funded with Property Assessments, Arterial, Water, and Gas Tax funds.
