PROBLEM/ISSUE STATEMENT
In June, 2002, the City of Billings entered into a Subdivision Improvement Agreement with the Bottrell Family Investments Limited Partnership for Trans-Tech Center. The improvements that were outlined in the agreement have been completed and the Restriction on Transfers and Conveyances may be released. Staff is requesting that the City Council approve the release and authorize the Mayor to execute the document.
ALTERNATIVES ANALYZED
City Council may:
- Approve, the TransTech Center Subdivision Release Agreement or;
- Disapprove the TransTech Center Subdivision Release Agreement
FINANCIAL IMPACT
There is no financial impact to the City of Billings.
RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that the City Council approve the Release of the Restriction on Transfers and Conveyances for the TransTech Center Subdivision.
