PROBLEM/ISSUE STATEMENT
The subdivision plat for Billings Second Addition, Block 221, Lots 9-12 is being completed in order to aggregate all of the lots and the previously vacated portion of 7th Avenue South into one parcel. The subdivision plat also dedicates the necessary right of way where the cul de sac is currently located. Public Works is proposing to sell this property. This subdivision plat will simplify the parcel description and make it easier to track the sale of the property.
ALTERNATIVES ANALYZED
City Council may:
- Approve the subdivision plat for Billings Second Addition, Block 221, Lots 9-12 or;
- Disapprove the subdivision. If not approved, the lots will not be aggregated into one lot resulting in the current cumbersome description for the property to be sold..
FINANCIAL IMPACT

RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that the City Council approve the amended subdivision plat for Billings Second Addition, Block 221, Lots 9-12.
