PROBLEM/ISSUE STATEMENT
City Council approved the annexation of Lots 2-A-1 and 2-A-2, Block 2 of Zimmerman Acreage Tracts 2nd Filing at the July 13, 2015, council meeting. As a condition of approval of the annexation, the property owner was to enter into a development agreement with the City of Billings outlining necessary public improvements, which in this case include improvements to 46th Street West, storm sewer, water and sanitary sewer. The developer has submitted the attached Development Agreement, and the Council will consider whether to approve the agreement.
ALTERNATIVES ANALYZED
City Council may:
- Approve the development agreement for Lots 2-A-1 and 2-A-2, Block 2 of Zimmerman Acreage Tracts 2nd Filing, or;
- Disapprove the development agreement.
FINANCIAL IMPACT
There is no financial impact with acceptance of this development agreement.
RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that Council approve the development agreement for Lots 2-A-1 and 2-A-2, Block 2 of Zimmerman Acreage Tracts 2nd Filing.
