PROBLEM/ISSUE STATEMENT
W.O. 15-15 - Shawnee Drive Improvements will construct approximately 250 feet of street improvements including curb, gutter, and asphalt on Shawnee Drive east of Main Street. Shawnee Drive is currently a gravel street without improvements.
The project was advertised on July 21st, 28th, and August 4th in the Billings Times and on the City's Website. Bids were opened on August 11, 2015. The City received six bids and Winkler Excavating, Inc. submitted the lowest responsible bid.

ALTERNATIVES ANALYZED
City Council may:
- Approve W.O. 15-15 Shawnee Drive improvements to Winkler Excavating, Inc. in the amount of $88,126.00, or;
- Do not award W.O. 15-15. If not awarded, Shawnee Drive will remain a gravel street.
