PROBLEM/ISSUE STATEMENT
W.O. 18-12 involves the remodel of the finance area at the Belknap Service Center. Under this project, the contractor will install partial wall dividers, replace carpet, paint walls, and replace lighting in the area. The area is currently one open room which makes it difficult to communicate with customers via the telephone due to the noise and distractions. The carpet was replaced and the room painted over 20 years ago. The existing lighting is not appropriate for an office environment.
The project was advertised February 2, 9 and 16 in the Yellowstone County News. Bids were opened February 27, 2018, and nine bids were received. Fisher Construction submitted the lowest responsible bid.
