PROBLEM/ISSUE STATEMENT

Claims in the amount of $540,535.76 have been audited and are presented for City Council payment approval. A complete listing of the claims dated November 26th and 28th, 2018, are available in the Finance Department.

ALTERNATIVES ANALYZED

No other alternatives were analyzed.

FINANCIAL IMPACT

Claims have a varying impact on department budgets, but are submitted by the departments and reviewed by Finance staff before being sent to the Council.

RECOMMENDATION

Staff recommends that Council approves the Payment of Claims.
