Public Works will present the operational plan to convert alley residential 300 gallon shared containers to 96 gallon containers.  Some areas will be converted from the alley to curbside collection; however, the majority of areas will continue service in the alley, but with individual 96 gallon containers rather than a 300 gallon container.  We will explain the overall plan, reasons for the conversion, budgetary impacts, and next steps.
