PROBLEM/ISSUE STATEMENT
Council will discuss potential goals submitted by City Council and Administration:
- Existing and new items;
- Prioritization of items;
- Deletion of Item with low priority designation;
- Clarification of prioritized list - what are the conditions that create a need for each item. (what, where and why before allocating resources)
RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends Council follow the outline in the statement above to create the 2019 goals and initiatives.
