The Capital Improvement Plan (CIP), Equipment Replacement Plan (ERP), and Technology Replacement Plan (TRP) are guiding financial documents that indicate the City Council's priorities for the budget.  Public input is an important part of the process and public CIP meetings were held on February 21, 2019, at Castle Rock Middle School and on February 28, 2019, at Will James Middle School.  A public input form is also available on the City's website to request CIP projects.  The draft of the FY 2020 - FY 2024 CIP and the FY 20 ERP and FY 20 TRP will be presented for Council's consideration and comments.  These comments, along with continued public input, will be used to develop the revised CIP, ERP, and TRP documents which will require Council action to approve. The ERP and TRP are attached hereto.

The CIP is a 160-page document and therefore is not attached to this staff memo. It has been distributed to the Council and is available for public viewing on the City's website and a hard copy is available in the City Clerk's office.  Staff has made a few modifications to the CIP since the draft was published and the project forms that were revised are attached hereto.  The revised summary CIP pages are also attached.
