The Mayor and City Council will be presented information on adding a second Municipal Court Judge, including ordinance changes needed, costs, current Municipal Court workload and election information.
RECOMMENDATION
City Council will be asked to provide guidance to staff on continuing to pursue the addition of a second Municipal Court Judge, not to continue, or other direction.
