PROBLEM/ISSUE STATEMENT
Planning Division staff in coordination with the Project Re: Code Steering Committee has provided a brief memo to the City Council updating it on the progress and status of the Project Re: Code effort.The Project Re: Code is a complete overhaul of the City and County zoning regulations that started in late 2017 and is expected to be completed by late 2019 or early 2020.
Staff has placed this item on this Work Session Agenda as an opportunity for City Council to ask questions regarding the information contained in the memo, and the zoning code update process and activities to date.
