PROBLEM/ISSUE STATEMENT
City Council is asked to reject all bids received for W.O. 20-27: WRF Fill Material Removal Project. Bids on this project were received on February 11; however, action was delayed at the February 24 City Council meeting while City and Yellowstone County staff continued to evaluate the value of the material for various County Projects. Yellowstone County has decided it has sufficient use for the material, which is stockpiled on the east side of the MetraPark property, so it does not need to be hauled off-site.

City Council may:
- Reject all bids received on the WRF Fill Material Removal Project.
