Per Chris Kukulski's Employment Contract, Section 16: Moving and Relocation Expenses Part A.  Employer shall pay directly for the expenses of moving employee and his family and personal property from their current residence in Bozeman, MT to employee's permanent residence in Billings, MT.  Said moving expenses include packing, moving, storage costs, unpacking and insurance charges.  The employee shall provide evidence of actual moving expenses by securing quotations from three (3) companies. 

City Council may:

• Approve the King Transfer & Storage Co. bid, or;
• Approve one of the other bids from Baker Transfer & Storage or Suhr Transport or;
• Disapprove all three bids which would violate the Employment Contract.

This expense has been allocated to the City Council Recruitment expense account.
