RECOMMENDATION
The Yellowstone County Continuum of Care is seeking any support available to provide the City's homeless population with viable shelter options. City Council is encouraged to assist in any way possible with this effort, i.e. funding, etc.
BACKGROUND (Consistency with Adopted Plans and Policies, if applicable)
Kody Christensen-Linton will provide a historical perspective, status of current and future goals for handicap accessible low barrier sheltering.

City Council may determine how to assist with sheltering the homeless population.
FISCAL EFFECTS
City Council may determine whether any un-utilized CARES act funding or contingency funds may be contributed toward this project.
