RECOMMENDATION
Center for Public Safety Management and staff will present the Center for Public Safety Management Fire Department Analysis. Results and recommendation involving policy items will be discussed with council.
BACKGROUND (Consistency with Adopted Plans and Policies, if applicable)
During the FY21 budget process City Council approved, in the administration budget, an analysis of the Fire, EMS and Police Services. The Center for Public Safety Management (CPSM) was selected to complete analysis. The information presented will include the Fire Department analysis.

No specific action is needed at this work session. Recommendations involving policy items will be discussed with council. Further information or direction to staff on those items can be discussed, if needed.

There is no direct fiscal effects for the discussion. Implementation of recommendations may involve fiscal and policy implications.
