RECOMMENDATION
No bids were received for this project. Facilities Division will advertise for a rebid for Hail Repairs at the Billings Public Library.
BACKGROUND (Consistency with Adopted Plans and Policies, if applicable)
The Billings Public Library, located at 510 N Broadway, sustained significant hail-related damage in August 2019. This project includes the removal and replacement of the existing exterior scrim on north and south elevations and the skylight.
The project was advertised on 06/11/2021 and 06/18/2021 in Yellowstone County News and on the City's website.
Bids were opened on 06/29/2021, and zero (0) bids were received.
