One bid was received by the Street/Traffic Division for the Public Works Department on November 30, 2010, for two Snow Plow Assemblies with Hydraulic Controls.  These two new plows will be mounted on Public Works, Distribtion and Collection dump trucks.  This will put two more plows on the road during snow events by using equipment and personnel that are normally used for water and wastewater projects.  The purchase is included in the FY 2011 budget.

The City Council may:

Approve purchasing two Snow Plow Assemblies with Hydraulic Controls from Kois Brothers in the amount of $42,789.00 or

Reject the bid and not purchase the two Snow Plow Assemblies with Hydraulic Controls.

The City received 1 bid for the two Snow Plow Assemblies with Hydraulic Controls as shown below:
