RECOMMENDATION
Set the schedule for the City Council and Leadership Team Retreat.
BACKGROUND (Consistency with Adopted Plans and Policies, if applicable)
As we worked to find a Friday and Saturday that as many council members and department directors as possible can attend, we have landed on either March 24 and 25 or March 31 and April 1. Please select between the two weekends. Karen Baumgart Miller will be facilitating our sessions. Once the date is selected we will find a location and set the specific times and agenda.
Our plan for the retreat is to drill deeper into two of the five strategies the council adopted after last year's retreat: Improve the safety of Billings and Increase parks, trails, recreation, and cultural investments. See enclosed adopted 2022/2023 City Council Strategies and Priorities.
