RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends council approves for the mayor to sign the Certificate of Survey for the property located at 6014 S. Billings Blvd.
BACKGROUND (Consistency with Adopted Plans and Policies, if applicable)
The property located at 6014 S. Billings Blvd. was purchased by the City of Billings earlier this year to allow for expansion of the Billings Operations Center campus. The certificate of survey has been updated to include new easements and ROW dedication for the Songbird Drive project on the west side of the property. The mayor is required to sign the certificate of survey as the property owner.

City Council may:

- Not Approve
FISCAL EFFECTS
There are no fiscal effects for signing the certificate of survey.
