RECOMMENDATION
Determine which council members will fill vacancies on each of the following boards.
- Big Sky Economic Development Board
- Beartooth Resource Conservation & Development (RC&D)
- Bright and Beautiful
- Downtown Billings Partnership
- Babcock Theater Board
BACKGROUND (Consistency with Adopted Plans and Policies, if applicable)
As council members terms of service have ended, council member vacancies remain on the following boards.
Big Sky Economic Development Board - The board meets on the 2nd Thursday of each month at 7:30 am
Beartooth RC&D - 3rd Thursday of odd numbered months @ 1:30 and 5:30
Bright and Beautiful - 3rd Wednesday of each month @ noon
Downtown Billings Partnership - 4th Friday of each month @ 7:30 am
Babcock Theater Board - as needed
Neither the City Charter nor the Council's Rules of Procedure dictate the process you use for determining council member appointments.
