RECOMMENDATION
Read the enclosed materials, listen to the presentation and engage in a conversation to understand the impact of investing public safety dollars into the continuum of care services to improve the safety of Billings.
BACKGROUND (Consistency with Adopted Plans and Policies, if applicable)
The continuum of care coalition is one of the communities critical service providers to those experiencing homelessness. Read the attached documents in preparation for the upcoming conversation.

FISCAL EFFECTS
The Continuum of Care is requesting that the city consider investing the two mills included in the public safety levy to prevent crime (~$400,000).
