RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends Billings City Council approve the contract with GameTime for North Park playground replacement in the amount of $383,846.10.
BACKGROUND (Consistency with Adopted Plans and Policies, if applicable)
North Park playground replacement was approved in the FY23 CIP. GameTime is a nationally recognized manufacture, designer, and provider of playground equipment. The replacement playground has been designed to provide play value, fit in the allowable space, and meet budget requirements.

City Council may:
- Approve; or,
- Not Approve and provide guidance.
FISCAL EFFECTS
North Park playground replacement is a FY23 CIP approved project. The contract amount falls within the allowable budget using state purchasing through NASPO.
