RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends Billings City Council approves contract with Fabricon, LLC for $144,993.83 to replace sails on Skypoint. Skypoint is located downtown and spans the intersection of Broadway & 2nd Ave N.
BACKGROUND (Consistency with Adopted Plans and Policies, if applicable)
Skypoint's original fabric sails have surpassed their expected lifespan and need replaced. The original manufacture and installer was Fabricon, LLC for the custom made structure.

City Council may:
- Approve; or,
- Not Approve
FISCAL EFFECTS
The FY24 Downtown Business Alliance budget included $260,000 for Skypoint improvements. The remainder, after the sail replacement will be used for additional improvements.
