RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends the approval of the Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Billings and Montana District #1 Little League Baseball and Softball.
BACKGROUND (Consistency with Adopted Plans and Policies, if applicable)
Montana District #1 Little League Baseball and Softball utilizes fields across the City. They have been great partners offering positive baseball and softball experiences for the youth of Billings for decades. This Memorandum of Understanding formalizes the relationship with Montana District #1 Little League Baseball and Softball and the City of Billings Parks Department. The MOU spells out what each party's responsibilities are and provides guidance to ensure a safe playing surface.
