RECOMMENDATION
Approve or reject and provide staff with direction
BACKGROUND (Consistency with Adopted Plans and Policies, if applicable)
In FY 23 CIP, Council approved development of a master plan for Cottonwood Park. Staff issued a Request For Proposals (RFP) and on August 26, 2022, five firms responded. Land Design, Inc. of Billings was selected as the top ranked firm. Staff met with the firm and negotiated a scope of work. At the November 2023 Parks Board meeting, the Parks Board unanimously recommended approval of the Cottonwood master plan.
