BACKGROUND (Consistency with Adopted Plans and Policies, if applicable)
YRPA has been a partner to the Parks Department for years, dating back to before Norm's Island was built. YRPA members constructed the trails through Norm's Island and assisted in building and maintaining the trails in Riverfront Park. We have invited members of YRPA to tell their story and highlight all the work they are doing at Dover Park and other locations around the area.
